Avoid ironing directly on the design

We offer the choice of receiving a free replacement order in case of any order-related problems, including manufacturing errors or printing discrepancies. Please note that we do not facilitate returns or exchanges for issues related to color or size preferences.

Should you encounter any issues with your order, we encourage you to reach out to us here at iamchosenandprecious@gmail.com, providing all the necessary information along with photographic evidence for our review. Rest assured, we are committed to taking all necessary actions to rectify the situation promptly.

Please allow 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for us to receive, process and produce your order. Any order received after 12:00 PM PT will being processing the following business day. (Please note: If the order is placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday, it will begin processing on the following Monday.) During peak season times (Oct-Dec) please allow up to 10 days for production. This does not include shipping times.

We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. Packages shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control.
