Can I make an address change on my order?
Yes, only within 24 hours of purchasing.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, only within 24 hours of placing your order.
I received damage items, what happens now?
If your items have arrived damage, please reach out to us at iamchosenandprecious@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. In the email attach your order number, and pictures of the damaged item. We will do all we can to correct the issue.
I received the wrong items, what happens next?
Email us at iamchosenandprecious@gmail.com with your order number and attach pictures of the incorrect items you received. We will correct the issue as soon as possible.
Can I use multiple coupons on my order?
Unfortunately, only one coupon code may be used per order at this time.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for us to receive, process and produce your order. Any order received after 12:00 PM PT will being processing the following business day. (Please note: If the order is placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday, it will begin processing on the following Monday.) During peak season times (Oct-Dec) please allow up to 10 days for production. This does not include shipping times.
We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. Packages shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We offer the choice of receiving a free replacement order in case of any order-related problems, including manufacturing errors or printing discrepancies. Please note that we do not facilitate returns or exchanges for issues related to color or size preferences.
